Job Position: Executive, Graphics Design & IT Support

Job Responsibilities:
Excellent knowledge in Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator.
Creating Business Card, ID Card, Letterhead, Sticker, Banner and Images for Social Media.
Creating short videos for YouTube and Social Media.
Develop illustrations, logos and other designs using software.
Use the appropriate colors and layouts for each graphic.
Ensure final graphics and layouts are visually appealing and on-brand.
Combine creativity with an awareness of the design elements.
Prepare rough drafts and present ideas.
Test graphics across various media.
Must stay abreast of current trends in products, the arts, entertainment, marketing and advertising.
Install, configure & manage all devices.
Troubleshoot and level one support end user Software, solution, Antivirus, Operating system related issues.
Use the defines tools to manage end user support and report.
Ensure security of End User of the entire company.
Update and patch management of end user equipment.
Keep track of IT assets from accusation to disposal of all end user equipment’s of his site and send report as required.
Ensure backup & restoration of end user devices.
Manage vendor for warranty and servicing of IT equipment.
Employment Status: Full-Time.
Workplace: Work at Office.
Educational Requirements:
Minimum Bachelors Degree in graphics designs, art or similar discipline.
OR
Diploma/BSc in CSE, CSC, TE, ICE, ETE or related science faculty.
Experience Requirements: 3 to 5 years.
Additional Requirements:
Proven experience working with design software, including Illustrator and Photoshop.
Working knowledge in Video Editing
Photography experience and proficiency with photo-editing software
Equipment / Software: Desktop, Laptop, Printer, Scanner, IP Phone, OS, Office, Website, CCTV
End user security system like antivirus, firewall etc.
Team player with strong interpersonal skill.
Organizational and time-management skills for meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Capability to work under pressure to meet schedule.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Must be quick learner to adopt new technology.
Positive, self-motivated
Job Location: Dhaka (Milk Vita More, Mirpur-7).
